work at your best when the pressure is high
For founders, executives, and leaders seeking better decisions, greater clarity, and presence when it counts.

pressure doesn't make us less capable it makes us less clear
Maybe your mind won't stop. You've read the deck four times, and you still can't say whether it's right. You're running the investor conversation on repeat at 2am. You walk into the meeting already somewhere else entirely.Or maybe you've gone quiet. You sit through the meeting and say the thing on automatic. You approve what's in front of you. You're doing the job well enough that nobody's questioning it, and you can't remember the last decision you actually cared about. These are two different problems with a high price to pay.And it's not a skills problem. You already know how to pitch, how to negotiate, who to hire, when to decide. I spent two decades teaching those frameworks and watched people who could recite them perfectly fail to use them when it counted. It starts earlier than that, with what's taken your attention. Usually before you've noticed it happening. That's what a clarity session is for.

what happens in a clarity session
Every session begins with what's in front of you.Together, we untangle the situation, examine the assumptions shaping it, and consider perspectives that may not yet be visible. We think through your options, how your decisions or communication are likely to land, and what approach best aligns with your goals and values. When it's helpful, I'll also share practical frameworks, reflection questions, or simple practices you can continue using long after the session ends. You'll leave with greater clarity, stronger judgment, and a more intentional way forward.

skill was never the limit, clarity was
My first decade was spent building businesses from the ground up, across manufacturing, retail, and entertainment. Then close to two decades teaching people how to work at a high level. In higher education I taught the core business curriculum and led first-year experience as an associate dean. Later, corporate training and executive coaching, working with leaders one on one.You can teach almost all of it. Communication, presentation, negotiation, how to write something people will actually read, how to hold a room. Those things work. But there's a part of it no framework reaches.People who knew exactly what to do and couldn't get to it, because everything was loud and they were reacting. People who did everything right, got the promotion, got the raise, checked off every item they'd named, and felt nothing when they got there. Different problems. Same limit. They weren't present for their own work, and nothing I could hand them changed that.So I went looking for what would. That became a decade of lived practice in awareness, mindfulness, and presence. I'm trained and certified as a Teacher of Presence. What you get in a session is all of it: the business background, the teaching, the coaching, and the practice underneath it.
